How do I close a Rabbit Rabbit account? |

To cancel your Rabbit Rabbit account just email us a request to close your account. On closure of an account any personal details will be removed from our system. We are unable to refund any prepayments. |

Your mobile operator will always charge you for the connection to access numbers. All mobile operators charge a connection fee and a per second rate which is applicable for the entire duration of the call INTO the access number. However Rabbit Rabbit’s access number is a normal local number, therefore customers with contracts will benefit as this local call will be included in your free minutes. We recommend Pay-as-you-go customers to add the access number as a friend and family or favourite to gain the best price benefits, some operators allow 1-3 FREE numbers. |
