  How do I make Rabbit Rabbit calls?
  Once registered you can make Rabbit Rabbit calls from any mobile phone fitted with the Rabbit SIM+.
Dial as normal there is no waiting for any tones or dialling any prefixes.
 
  How can I become a Rabbit Rabbit customer and what does it cost?
  Our Sign Up process is free, however we do ask for a minimum prepayment

(which you then can spend on your international calls) of £10.00/€10.00/$10.00

We dispatch your Rabbit SIM+ card immediately and you should receive your Rabbit SIM+ in next day’s post.

There is no joining up fees, hidden costs or any other fees /costs. With Rabbit Rabbit - you only pay for calls you make, no contract or minimum monthly fees.
  How do I close a Rabbit Rabbit account?
  To cancel your Rabbit Rabbit account just email us a request to close your account. On closure of an account any personal details will be removed from our system. We are unable to refund any prepayments.
 
  Do I commit myself to something by signing up?
  No. As a Rabbit Rabbit customer you pay only for the calls that you make (by a purchasing pre-payment credits. billed in per second increments. There are no monthly charges or any hidden costs.
  How do I pay for my Rabbit Rabbit calls?
  You can pay by PayPal, Credit or Debit cards in advance.
 
  I don't have a credit card - can I use Rabbit Rabbit?
  Yes you can use a PayPal account.
  From which phones can I make Rabbit Rabbit calls?
  You can make Rabbit Rabbit calls from any mobile telephone number that has been registered with Rabbit Rabbit and has the Rabbit SIM+.
 
  Is it safe to send my credit card's information through the Internet?
  Yes, all Internet connections to Rabbit Rabbit servers are secured by the SSL Secure Server ID using 128 bit encryption. This system is also used by leading financial institutions, PayPal and High Street Banks.
  Can you post me an invoice for my Rabbit Rabbit calls?
  Invoices are stored online for 12 months where customers can view, print and download them.
 
  Is the Online Invoice "enough" for our company's bookkeeping?
  Our billing and web systems allow you to view, print and download your current and historical invoices in standard form or in Excel format for your analysis.
  These solutions are suitable to most company and book-keeping requirements.
  Are there any additional costs to call international mobile phones?
 

Calling international mobile phones are usually only a little more expensive than calls to international land line phones.

 

Your mobile operator will always charge you for the connection to access numbers. All mobile operators charge a connection fee and a per second rate which is applicable for the entire duration of the call INTO the access number. However Rabbit Rabbit’s access number is a normal local number, therefore customers with contracts will benefit as this local call will be included in your free minutes. We recommend Pay-as-you-go customers to add the access number as a friend and family or favourite to gain the best price benefits, some operators allow 1-3 FREE numbers.
