These Terms and Conditions are written in plain English to avoid misunderstandings. |

| Parties |
This agreement is between Rabbit Rabbit Mobile Limited, trading as and known hereunder as ‘RabbitRabbit’ and RabbitRabbit’s customer known hereunder as the Client or “you”. |
| |
| Payments |
| Fees, including Top-Up Fees are payable in advance. Payments and paid Top-Up fees are held on your account for one year and must be redeemed with that period. No fees, payments or Top-Up fees are refundable. |
| |
| Service |
| RabbitRabbit commits to provide the services as set out on their web site www.RabbitRabbit.net RabbitRabbit aims to provide the client with 100% availability of service. RabbitRabbit will, however, accept no liability for loss of revenue, damage to business or other problems encountered due to non-availability, down time, or service issued caused by any reason. Scheduled downtime, required to upgrade services or equipment, RabbitRabbit will commit that this down time will be less one hour per calendar year. |

| Products and Content |
| The Rabbit Sim+ is supplied at a cost of £10.00 each, including postage and packaging and remains the property of RabbitRabbit. This cost is waved in exchange for the client accepting to use exclusively RabbitRabbit’s routing for all international calls from the handset where the Rabbit Sim+ is fitted. Any Rabbit SIM+ card we provide to you remains our property. The software in the Rabbit SIM+ card does not belong to you and is licensed to you for use with the RabbitRabbit Services only. We may change your Rabbit SIM+ card or require you to return it at the end of our agreement. If you need a replacement Rabbit SIM+ card, we will charge you the price of £10.00 |

| User Names and Passwords |
| You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information in all fields indicated as compulsory when registering for the Service. Following registration, you will be issued with a password to access the Service and any pages for which registration is required. You are responsible for all actions that take place as a result of access to the Service via your password. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your password and the device that you use to access the Service. Your account is to be used by a single user only and you will not allow simultaneous access using your password. You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorised access to the Service is obtained using your password and that you are liable for all such activities conducted through your account whether authorised or not. A breach of these Terms by anyone to whom you disclose your password will be treated as a breach by you. |

| In the event that your password becomes known to any unauthorised user you will immediately notify us of such failure or error. We reserve the right to change your password and account name at any time in our sole and absolute discretion and we will notify you of any changes by using the contact details that you have provided to us. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to or mistakes in your registration details by amending them using the My Account option on the RabbitRabbit web site. |

For certain Services you may be required to choose a user name and a password. For any of the Services:
- the user name you choose must not be obscene, threatening, menacing, racist, offensive, derogatory, defamatory or in violation of any intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party and |

| - if we consider in our sole and absolute discretion that the user name selected by you is inappropriate, we reserve the right to reject and prevent your use of such user name at any time with or without notice to you. |

| Personal Data |
| We and our group companies may use your information for complying with our legal requirements and for the following purposes: |

account management, customer care activities and personnel training; |
 |
monitoring the quality and security of the Network and testing and maintenance of our IT systems |

protecting us, and our brand, from activities that might cause loss or damage |
 |
analysing and improving products and services and |
 |
to contact you with marketing messages where you have not objected. Such messages may include third party marketing, but RabbitRabbit will not pass control of your information to third parties. |

Monitoring or recording of calls, emails or text messages made to, or by us, may take place for our business purposes such as customer service, quality control and training, to prevent unauthorised use of our telecommunications system and to ensure effective systems operation and in order to prevent or detect crime. |

| We do not include your details in any directory or directory enquiry service. If you wish to have your information included in such services, you should contact us. |
| |
| Cancellation |
| You may cancel your agreement with RabbitRabbit at any time. |
| |
| General |
| We may transfer this Agreement to another provider at any time. You may not transfer this Agreement to anyone unless we have agreed in writing beforehand. We shall not unreasonably refuse this request. No other person may benefit from this Agreement. When you use your Rabbit Sim+ your number may be shown to the phone being called. We will send you notices by post, voicemail, text or other form of electronic message. Such notices will be deemed to be with you 48 hours after being sent. This Agreement is under <English law>, |
